Battlefield Bad Company Xbox Playstation

Unlike the other games in the Battlefield series, this new game features a single player storyline. Set around a fictional battle between the Russian Federation, the Mec and the good old United States of America, you play a group of AWOL marines. This game brings a whole new level of destruction to the franchise.

Apart from a few parts of the map, the infrastructures you play around are entirely destructible (i.e. they can be blown up to help you reach your objectives). For instance, if a sniper is camped out in a room, you can blow the floor out beneath him and if he is hiding behind a wall, you can blow the wall up. The game shipped initially with only one multiplayer mode but people complained. Because of this the standard conquest mode was added to enhance the level of playing.

The single player portion of the game sees you leading your squad through the game’s plot, one that will be familiar to people accustomed to single-player shooters. There are hidden areas to find and gold bars to keep. The best part is that you’re playing with a rag tag squad of marines that are out for their own financial gain and don’t always play according to the rules. The one thing that detracts from the intense play is the cheesy dialogue. However, there the single player option is a welcome addition to Battlefield. Currently, Battlefield Bad Company is only available on Xbox and Playstation, and people aren’t sure if the game will end up on PC.
